Donation Policy

How donations are received, used and reported.

Donate NowRefund Policy

How donations work

You choose an amount, complete payment with Razorpay, and our server verifies the payment before it is recorded as received. A browser redirect alone is never treated as proof of payment.

Acknowledgement

After a verified payment you receive an email acknowledgement with a reference number. This is an acknowledgement of your contribution; it does not by itself claim any tax benefit.

Campaigns

Campaign totals shown on the website include only verified payments.

Use of funds

Funds given to a campaign are intended for that campaign. General donations support the organisation's overall work.

Anonymity

We do not publish donor names without permission.
