When and how donations can be cancelled or refunded.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

Mistakes

If you were charged twice or entered a wrong amount, write to us within 7 days with your reference number and we will review the request.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but your account is debited, the bank normally reverses it automatically. If it does not, contact us with the reference.

Process

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Timelines depend on the bank and payment gateway.
